SUBJECT: Gwinnett Libertarians and Ballot Access Break Press Barrier!
---------------------------------------------------------------------

"Welcome to the truth - and thanks to freelance writer Susanne M. Gargiulo for telling the public in her story appearing on the cover of the Gwinnett Loaf July 8, 2000 issue" says Libertarian Party Vice Chair Dr. Helmut Forren.

This week, a major obstacle -- lack of press coverage -- was swept aside by a cover story on the terrible state of ballot access barriers in Georgia.  The story is very well researched and includes insightful quotes from ten ballot access experts, four of whom are Georgia Libertarians.

Included are photos from Tom Chernetsky's petition drive efforts, organized from his house in Suwanee.  They feature Forren, Chernetsky, and Libertarian Party of Gwinnett Vice Chair Tim Forzley.  Tom will be the first Libertarian candidate to appear on the ballot in Georgia House district 85, covering northern Gwinnett and part of Forsyth.
